Please, please do your own research before using our or anyone else's herbal goods or other medicinal preparations. While we believe that our product descriptions are accurate about how and why others have chosen to use the herbs in each product, we cannot and do not warrant that anything we sell is right for your specific circumstances. We do warrant that our products contain exactly what their descriptions say.
Can I pay by check instead of credit card or Paypal?
Yes! Please use the contact form to send us an email, listing what you want to order. We'll email you back confirming the cost, and mail your order as soon as we receive your check.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrived in damaged condition, please let us know so we can replace it. Please note that, because herbal preparations often affect different people differently, we do not issue refunds for products that arrive in good condition but don’t perform as you wish. If anything you receive from us doesn’t work for you, please consider passing it along to a friend.

What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat $5 shipping fee for all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship by US Postal Service priority mail, usually twice a week. Once shipped. most orders take 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?
